I offer in-person therapy sessions in Vancouver and online sessions throughout BC. In our sessions together, I'll meet you with compassion and evidence-based techniques so you can identify and overcome what's holding you back. I create a safe space of understanding and compassion to promote relaxation and comfort, so you are able to express yourself fully. This safe space allows you to confide, heal, grow and change.

Together we will explore what shapes your current situation and what it might look like to maintain current life patterns versus trying out new ones.
