I believe that healing begins when we have access to our best selves.
I’m glad you’re taking these first steps toward seeking support and investing in your mental health. I offer a warm, accepting environment where you can share whatever is going on in your life as we work together to restore a sense of peace and direction. My goal is to create a space where you feel heard and supported, and where you can express yourself fully and honestly.
You may be at a crossroads and unsure of what to do next or how to create meaningful change. I am passionate about helping people move toward the best version of themselves, and I would be honoured to support you in that process. I am committed to helping you heal, grow, and reach your full potential.
WELCOME
Therapy with Elizabeth
I offer in-person therapy sessions in Vancouver, as well as online sessions throughout BC. In our work together, I provide a compassionate, supportive environment and draw on evidence-based approaches to help you identify and overcome what may be holding you back. I strive to create a safe and understanding space that promotes comfort and relaxation, allowing you to express yourself openly. Within this space, you can confide, heal, grow, and create meaningful change.
I believe that everyone is unique and has different needs, which is why I tailor treatment to you. Together, we will explore the factors shaping your current situation and consider what it might look like to maintain familiar patterns or try new ones. By identifying your strengths, challenges, and motivations, we can develop a plan that supports your goals. Taking the first step by reaching out for support can open the door to growth, clarity, and renewed hope.
